Physical Activity | Be Alive | (3:14)

Without leaving the classroom, students participate in a variety of aerobic bursts designed to get children moving and re-focus in the classroom - all in seven minutes or less.

Recommended Grade Level: K-8

Physical Focus: Stamina, coordination, muscle strengthening, bone strengthening, flexibility

Psychological Focus: Concentration, grit, social interaction & inclusion, stress reduction

Educational Alignment: Kinesthetic memory, retention, problem solving, cognitive development
